Jazzercise Fitness Centre Sri Rampai was founded by the people who are very passionate in sharing their love to Jazzercise, a franchised dance fitness program from the US. The studio exclusively opens only for women which specifically offer Jazzercise as their main fitness program. The studio has been in the industry for more than 3 years already. Not only operating our Jazzercise program in the studio, Lola fitness studio also experienced in fitness classes and event for corporate program to a personal training program.
All instructors are qualified and certified Jazzercise instructors. Instructor’s teaching quality will be evaluated every year and monitored from time to time to maintain the quality of our instructors. Our instructors are also trained to provide fun, effective and safe workout to the customers.
There many options of classes offered in Jazzercise at Lola Fitness Studio. The classes are Dance Mixx, Strike, Core, Fusion, Strength and sometimes a special themed class to keep your workout fresh, fun and motivating. Customer can burn up to 600 calories in one hour session. Each session will be combined with cardio and strength training which consist of total body workout. Jazzercise is choreographed to today’s hottest music and the choreography are taken from various kind of dance moves including Jazz, latin, hip hop, Kickboxing, yoga & pilate.
Jazzercise provides a highly effective total body workout plus a unique sense of community and personalized support. According to members, benefits include increase weight loss, core strength, cardiovascular endurance, flexibility, stress release and mood boosting endorphin rush. FUN factor is one of the reasons why Jazzercise customers stick to this program. Our program is mostly suitable for all stages of age and health condition since we provide low and high impact option in our program.
